Oversee day-to-day branch activities, including vehicle check-in/check-out, rental agreements, sales and customer service (each branch department)
Ensure all vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for rental.
Monitor fleet utilization to maximize availability and revenue.
Staff Supervision & Coordination
Manage and schedule drivers, customer service staff, and operations personnel.
Conduct regular briefings and ensure staff follow company procedures and service standards.
Address performance issues promptly and provide training where required.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience at the branch.
Handle escalated customer complaints or disputes efficiently.
Support walk-in and corporate clients with prompt service.
Compliance & Documentation
Verify rental documents and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies. - including TARS
Maintain proper records of agreements, deposits, fines, accident reports, and service logs.
Coordinate with departments as needed.
Fleet Maintenance & Damage Control
Inspect vehicles regularly for damages and ensure timely servicing and repairs.
Manage accident reports, garage coordination, and downtime tracking.
Reduce misuse and monitor fuel, mileage, and wear-and-tear patterns.
Financial & Reporting Duties
Ensure payments, deposits, and refunds are processed accurately.
Track daily revenue, expenses, and petty cash, and submit reports to management.
Assist in achieving branch sales and profitability targets.
Coordination with Head Office
Report operational issues, staff performance, and fleet requirements to senior management.
Implement promotions, pricing changes, and operational strategies.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
