Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers to recover outstanding amounts as per rental agreements.
Collect payments related to fines, damages, and overdue rental dues.
Maintain accurate records of calls, agreements, and collections.
Work closely with the operations and finance team to resolve payment disputes.
Negotiate payment terms and manage customer objections professionally.
Ensure timely escalation of unresolved cases.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in debt recovery, collections, or customer service (experience in the car rental industry is a plus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Good knowledge of UAE fines and traffic regulations is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to handle pressure and meet recovery targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
