Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and confident
Receptionist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills inArabic or Russian
, a friendly personality, and the ability to handle clients efficiently while maintaining the salon's high standards of service.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival. Manage salon appointments and scheduling. Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries professionally. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle client payments and record transactions accurately.
Requirements:
Female candidates only. Must speak
Arabic or Russian
fluently (English communication required). Strong, confident personality with excellent customer service skills. Previoussalon or customer service experience
preferred. Must be presentable, well-groomed, and punctual.Visa:
Candidates withown visa
preferred;company visa
can be provided for the right candidate. Must be available to work full-time inArjan, Dubai.
