Front Office
? Bellman (Arabic or Russian Speaker)
Reports to: Chief Concierge / Front Office Manager
Job Purpose:
To provide a warm, welcoming, and efficient arrival and departure experience for all guests. To assist with luggage, offer information about the hotel and local area, and create a memorable first and last impression.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with luggage from vehicles to the lobby and then to their rooms, and vice versa.
• Explain room features and hotel amenities to guests upon delivery of luggage.
• Deliver messages, parcels, and newspapers to guest rooms.
• Arrange transportation for guests (e.g., taxis, rental cars).
• Provide accurate information about local attractions, restaurants, and events.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the lobby entrance and bell desk area.
• Assist the Doorperson and Valet team during peak periods.
• Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bellman or in a similar guest-facing role is preferred.
• Fluent in English. Must be fluent in either Arabic or Russian.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Strong knowledge of the local area.
• Must possess a valid driver's license (for valet duties, if required)
