-lady with good looking - Reception and distribution of telephone calls; - Work with incoming / outgoing correspondence; - Support and control preparation of necessary documents; - Monitoring the execution of documents and orders of the managers; - Assisting clients queries & concerns; - Preparing Quotations & Job Orders; - Collecting documents needed for Civil Defense AMC; - Preparing & collecting documents for CCTV - Preparing for Monthly AMC renewals list - Answering & sending mails - Have basic knowledge in excel, words & outlook Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED2,000.00 per month Experience:
