Job Description

  • Scheduling doctor\'s clients.
  • Responding to inquiries via the phone, emails, website, or any other clinic outlets.
  • Follow up on appointments, client\xe2\x80\x99s needs, and office tasks.
  • Organizing office digital files and other admin duties.
  • Trouble shooting office issues, by following up with DEWA, Etisalat, or suppliers.
  • Filling up insurance forms and attending to clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
  • Filling up the financial report at the end of the day and sharing it with accounting.
  • Liaising, assisting the social media company, and monitoring the progress of their work.
  • Managing alone daily office requirements, such as ordering supplies, organizing the office, and the cleaning service.
  • Managing the CEO\'s personal expenses, bookings, and travel arrangements.
  • Any other required admin task.
