As a receptionist and admin assistant, you will support the team and departments by executing various administrative tasks as assigned and as per operating procedures and clearly established processes.
This position is based in Dubai ? UAE and reports to the Executive Secretary to Regional VP.
Responsibilities
Receive incoming and outgoing visitors to the office, prepare visitor badges and notify employees of visitors'? arrivals
Manage telecommunications systems
Handle queries via phone, email and general correspondence
Prepare, send and record daily courier shipments and submit invoices to Finance department for verification and billing process in a timely manner
Assist staff / departments with travel / hotel bookings and submit invoices to Finance department for verification and billing process in a timely manner
Assist departments with arrangements for group bookings covering hotel arrangements, dinner reservations, transportation as needed.
Make use of relevant systems or software in accordance with detailed instructions and well-established processes.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Communications / Business Administration
1 - 3 years of work experience in a similar role
Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
Written and verbal communication skills
