Job Description
We are currently seeking a Receptionist and Customer Service professional to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate must be a UAE National (Emirati), and this position is open exclusively to female candidates. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and efficient responses.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide information about our products/services.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- UAE National (Emirati) - Female candidates only.
- Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
