Job Description

Position: Receptionist and Customer Care Company: Granada Real Estate LLC - Location: Ezza Tower, Al Qassimiah, Sharjah Salary: AED 4,500 (depending on profile and experience) Benefits: Annual ticket and medical insurance : Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Customer service and care Sending reminders and making calls for contracts that are about to expire Handling schedules and leading the maintenance team and watchmen Handling properties files, details and documentations Support maintenance inventory control Handling petty cash Invoicing and tax Handling receipts vouchers Preparing rental details and formats Receiving complaints Following up on watchmen roles Meeting customers and tenants Requirements: Good communication and negotiation skills Social skills and customer service attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional attitude and appearance Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED4,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
