Job Description

Attending to telephone calls and common mails, receiving and directing visitors. Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional manner. Coordinate between accounts dept. and person who comes for cheque collection. Courrier arranging and dispatch. Prepare invitation letters for all visitors. Maintain International phone and records of calls and common laptop ledger. Visitors log maintaining. Checking and assigning meeting rooms to engineers and clients. Issuing and safe keeping company stationery. Checking and giving works to Akash. Filling forms related to projects for engineers. Creating MOM for meetings. Job expenses posting in ERP Safe keeping and issuing laptops, sim etc. Daily download biometeics report at production and saved the folder.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
