We are looking for female

Receptionist cum Admin

from

Philippines

who is willing to work in a

Printing Press company

and can manage multi-tasking job. Willing to work in

Sharjah Industrial Area 11.



Fresher is open to apply.

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers, directing them to the appropriate waiting area.
Maintain and organize Staff files, ensuring up-to-date records.
New employee company introduction and policies.
Track and order office supplies and materials required for daily operations.
Answer and route incoming phone calls.
Recruiting & interview for applicants.
Leave and attendance monitoring.
Purchasing.
Admin / HR / Reception / Assistant jobs.
Driver follow ups.

1) Salah Al Din Area - if you're from Dubai

2) Sahara City Centre - if you're from Sharjah

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
