We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Receptionist & Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This role will be essential in supporting the Senior Administrative Coordinator while managing the front office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a positive and professional demeanor, and a willingness to learn and grow within our startup. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be the face of the company, and your role will be critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management:
Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries in a professional manner, ensuring all visitors and calls are directed to the appropriate personnel.
Administrative Support:
Assist the Senior Admin Coordinator with basic HR tasks, data entry, and document preparation, ensuring all administrative duties are completed efficiently.
Office Coordination:
Work closely with the Office Assistant to manage office supplies, mail distribution, and maintain the overall organization of the office.
Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and concerns with a friendly, professional approach.
Communication Management:
Maintain clear communication with the team and external partners, both in-person and over the phone.
Office Suite Proficiency:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other office software.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome as well.
Skills:
Good knowledge of office suites (Microsoft, Google, etc.) and organizational tools; basic to advanced proficiency.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Personal Attributes:
Friendly, approachable, and adaptable with a strong work ethic and commitment to learning and growing within the company.
Customer Service:
Experience in customer service or a client-facing role is a plus.
Compensation:
Salary:
AED 2,500 - AED 3,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Training:
Full training and support will be provided by the Senior Admin Coordinator to help you succeed in this role.
