Greet and welcome gym members and visitors with a friendly demeanor.
Handle check-ins, bookings, and cancellations using our gym management system.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Administrative Support:
Maintain and update member records and ensure confidentiality.
Assist with billing, payment processing, and resolving membership queries.
Prepare and organize schedules for trainers and classes.
Order and maintain inventory of office and gym supplies.
Customer Engagement:
Promote gym services, classes, and events to members.
Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all members.
Facility Maintenance Coordination:
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Liaise with the cleaning and maintenance staff to address facility needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Female, with a friendly and approachable personality.
Preferably fit and passionate about health and fitness.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with members.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic administrative tools.
Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is an advantage.
