We are seeking a professional and presentable Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for front-desk operations, documentation, and administrative support. Strong English communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Fresh graduates are welcome, and prior customer service experience will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional first impression.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and handle inquiries via email.
Perform documentation tasks, including filing, record keeping, and data entry.
Maintain accurate logs of visitors, appointments, and company records.
Manage and organize correspondence, deliveries, and office supplies.
Provide customer service support, ensuring client needs are addressed promptly.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing conference room bookings.
Support management and staff with daily administrative tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (minimum qualification).
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong skills in documentation, data entry, and record keeping.
Presentable, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask and manage front-desk responsibilities efficiently.
Freshers may apply; prior customer service or administrative experience is a plus.
