Job Description

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred) Minimum

1-2 years experience

as an Admin Assistant or Receptionist, preferably in

real estate or a related industry

Familiarity with

real estate administrative processes

(contracts, listings, client records) is an advantage Strong verbal and written communication skills in

English

(Arabic is a plus) Professional appearance and excellent

front-desk etiquette

Proficient in

MS Office

(Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle

client inquiries

, walk-in visitors, and phone calls professionally Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to

multitask

and manage priorities in a fast-paced office environment Experience handling

property documents

, data entry, and filing systems (digital & physical) Basic knowledge of

CRM systems

or willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
