Receptionist / Front Desk Assistant (FEMALE ONLY)

Location: Dubai - Al Safa 1, Sheikh Zayed Road

About the Role

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and well-presented female receptionist to join our luxury aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring every guest receives a warm, polished, and professional welcome that reflects the clinic's high standards.

You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating appointments, and assisting with daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner

Manage appointments, calls, and WhatsApp inquiries efficiently

Maintain an organized reception area and a professional appearance at all times

Support clinic operations, including coordination with doctors and nurses

Handle client check-ins, payments, and scheduling follow-ups

Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a medical or aesthetic clinic (mandatory)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English; Arabic language is a plus

Presentable, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry
