Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and management.
Reservation Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant reservation management systems (such as OpenTable, Resy, or SevenRooms) and strong organizational skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet, handle guest inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
Professionalism: A polished, well-groomed appearance and a welcoming demeanor.
Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operations.
