Receivable Accountant
THE ROLE:
Ensure accounting bookings, customers payments and analysis of all account receivables in compliance with Group rules, processes, working programs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Issue statement of accounts (AR)
Monitor day to day collection function for Dubai cluster
Ensure AR overdue is below 15%
Coordinate with customer,and Shared Sevice Center for smooth collection.
Coordinate with various stakeholder for dispute resolution.
Drive collection function in Dubai agency and come with suggestion for improvement.
Actively engage him/herself to reduce open Credit amounts
Work on adhoc request coming from RO/ HO
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
3-5 years of experience in the Finance/Accounting area .
University Degree in Finance / Accounting
Organizational and Time management skills, multi-tasking and prioritizing, planning activities to meet deadlines and goals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Well organized, focused on routines, very strong commitment to meeting deadlines and flexibility with regards to working time is an absolute requirement.
Strong understanding of local business practice.
Excellent MS office skills. Must be an advanced level Excel user and quickly be able to acquire solid skills in corporate and local IT applications
