Are you an experienced, enthusiastic, highly challenging Sales Manager with experience in FMCG industry (food items), then you are the one we are looking for? This is an excellent opportunity to drive a dynamic business with huge growth potential.

In order to be considered, you must be already based in the UAE or willing to relocate to UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Make regular visits to General retailers, Modern retailers and HORECA Buyers.
• Achieving primary and secondary targets set by the company.
• Monitoring activities of the brand in the Market.
• Planning & Budgeting, marketing spends to grow the brand.
• Planning consumer promotion during festive seasons
• Coordination with Buyers regarding orders and dispatches.
• Maintain relationship with Key Accounts and ensuring availability of entire range of the brand in the market.
• Report to Managing Director of the company on monthly basis regarding performance and market dynamics.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of FMCG industry experience required, out of it 2 years as Sales Manager.
• FMCG distribution company working knowledge.
• Geographical knowledge of the region
• Should have considerable general trading experience
• Should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
• This Job is strictly for candidates who have current and past experience in FMCG Sales Function in UAE.
• Analytical Thinking
• Team Management Skills

Job Location: Dubai
