About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and passionate
Real Estate Agent (Off-Plan)
to join our dynamic sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in Dubai's off-plan real estate market and a strong drive to achieve sales targets while building lasting client relationships.Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell off-plan properties across Dubai. Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful sales. Conduct property presentations and guide clients through the buying process. Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Stay updated with market trends, project launches, and competitor activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Experience:
6 months - 1 year in Dubai's off-plan property market.Languages:
Fluent in Englishand
at least one of the following - Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, or Arabic. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Passionate, sales-driven, and target-oriented personality. Well-groomed and professional appearance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer
