Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing outstanding customer service. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding and meeting their real estate needs. Guide clients through the property transaction process, ensuring compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations. Conduct property tours, provide insights on market trends, and advise clients on property values and investment opportunities. Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for clients and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with developers and brokers to access exclusive listings and property opportunities. Promote listings using effective marketing techniques to maximize client reach.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience as a Realtor, with a track record of successful sales or leasing transactions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus. In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws and Abu Dhabi's property market. Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and access to reliable transportation.
