Role Overview
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Realtor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, skilled in client relations, and capable of managing property transactions from start to finish. This role involves working closely with buyers, sellers, and investors to deliver outstanding service and results.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial properties
Conduct property showings and provide market analysis and pricing guidance
Build and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts
Negotiate contracts and manage the closing process
Stay informed on market trends, legal regulations, and new developments
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and administrative tasks
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions
Qualifications
Valid UAE real estate license or RERA certification
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English; Arabic is an asset
UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
