Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Realtor to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with strong sales skills, deep market knowledge, and a passion for helping clients navigate property transactions. You will be responsible for managing listings, advising buyers and sellers, and closing deals across a range of property types.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties Conduct property viewings and provide accurate, detailed information about listings Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements Negotiate offers and finalize contracts with professionalism and efficiency Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and regulations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
Qualifications

Valid real estate license or certification (UAE or international equivalent) Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
