Role Overview

We are seeking a licensed and client-focused Realtor to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong sales skills, deep market knowledge, and a passion for helping clients navigate property transactions with confidence and ease. You will be responsible for managing listings, conducting viewings, and negotiating deals across Abu Dhabi's vibrant property landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties Conduct property tours and provide expert market insights Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and investors Prepare and review contracts, offers, and legal documentation Stay informed about market trends, property laws, and new developments Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and transaction records Meet and exceed monthly performance targets
Qualifications

Valid real estate license or certification (UAE or international equivalent) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property sales or leasing Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and client-focused
