Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed and motivated Realtor to represent clients in property transactions across Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. This role involves managing listings, conducting viewings, and guiding clients through every step of the buying or selling process.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties Conduct property tours, market evaluations, and price negotiations Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and financing options Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and closing documents Promote property listings through digital marketing, open houses, and networking Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and legal regulations Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals Collaborate with developers, legal teams, and financial institutions to facilitate transactions

Qualifications

Valid real estate license in the UAE Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus Proficiency in CRM systems and online listing platforms Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
