Role Overview

We are seeking a licensed and client-focused Realtor to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate the buying, selling, and leasing process.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market conditions Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property owners Negotiate offers and close deals in accordance with company standards Promote listings through digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns Stay informed about market trends, legal regulations, and pricing strategies Prepare and review contracts and documentation with accuracy Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
Qualifications and Skills

Valid real estate license or certification (RERA or equivalent) Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or European languages are a plus Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing platforms UAE driving license and access to a vehicle Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused
