Key Responsibilities:
Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in real estate transactions.
Conduct property viewings and open houses.
Provide market insights and property evaluations.
Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate laws and trends.
Build and maintain a strong client network through referrals and outreach.
Collaborate with developers and other agents to access exclusive listings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid
UAE real estate license
.
Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication in English; other languages are a plus.
Knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
