As a Realtor at Metropolitan Capital Real Estate, you will be the face of the company, guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi. You'll leverage your market expertise, negotiation skills, and client-first approach to deliver exceptional service and close successful deals.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
Conduct property viewings, open houses, and virtual tours
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal requirements
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other documentation
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate trends, developments, and regulations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
Promote listings via CRM systems, social media, and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing (1-3 years preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools and property listing platforms
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
RERA or DLD certification is a bonus
