We are seeking a skilled and detail-driven

Real Estate Portal Listing Specialist

to manage and optimize property listings across all major UAE real estate platforms.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed with portals like

Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle

, and possess the technical skills to ensure maximum visibility and lead generation.

Strong organizational and communication skills are key, along with the ability to work closely with agents, clients, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload and maintain accurate property listings on portals including Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and company CRM. Optimize listing quality through SEO-friendly content, premium features, and high-quality images/videos. Coordinate with photographers, agents, and admin teams to ensure listing content is complete and compliant. Track and analyze portal listing performance, and implement strategies to improve ranking and visibility. Ensure prompt updates of property availability, pricing, and other details. Work collaboratively with the sales and leasing team to prioritize listings that align with business objectives. Monitor portal guidelines and trends to keep listings competitive and updated. Provide regular reporting on listing performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate portal listings (UAE market preferred). Strong knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and related CRM tools. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication in English; Arabic and Tagalog are a plus. Knowledge of property types, community names, and real estate documentation in UAE.
