AlMirax is seeking a highly meticulous and results-driven Portal Specialist to expertly manage and optimize our presence on key real estate listing platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and lead generation.

Core Responsibilities1. Listing Management & Integrity

Centralized Listing Control: Manage the complete lifecycle of all property listings--including inputting, updating, and maintenance--across major property portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.

Data Accuracy Assurance: Guarantee the utmost accuracy and consistency of all critical listing details (pricing, availability, photos, descriptions, and amenities) across all internal and external platforms.

Media Coordination: Serve as the liaison between the marketing team and agents to ensure high-quality media (professional photos, videos, virtual tours) is promptly and correctly uploaded and linked to corresponding listings.

2. Compliance & Quality Assurance

Regulatory Compliance: Rigorously ensure all property listings strictly adhere to local real estate regulations and portal-specific rules, including RERA requirements in Dubai.

Quality Control Audits: Conduct regular, comprehensive audits to maintain exceptional listing quality, enforce brand consistency, and ensure the proper, strategic use of marketing materials.

3. Optimization & Support

Technical Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues related to listing feeds, data synchronization failures, and overall portal functionality to minimize downtime.

Performance Tracking: Monitor key operational metrics, including listing views, lead volume, and conversion rates, utilizing this data to generate actionable reports and inform management decisions.

Agent Enablement: Act as the primary resource for real estate agents, providing support and training on best practices for listing submission, portal feature utilization, and data compliance.

This role is critical to ensuring AlMirax's properties are marketed effectively and flawlessly across the digital landscape.
