Full stack Web Developer | PHP and Laravel & SEO Expert |
to join our real estate team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites and web-based platforms that effectively showcase property listings, facilitate lead generation, and align with our brand identity and to ensure a website is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and functions well. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a keen understanding of user experience, particularly within the context of the real estate industry. This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of delivering seamless and high-performing digital solutions for property buyers, sellers, and investors.
Salary: AED 3500-5,000 (depending on the experience) + Commissions & Incentives
Medical Insurance and employment visa provided by the company
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of WordPress, Laravel, PHP, HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript
Create landing pages for company website.
Knowledge of Google SEO and Google AdWords is a mandatory.
Ensure the website is visually appealing, responsive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Maintain website security, plugins, and backups.
Handle Social Media Posts and create flyers and content for social media, email marketing.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
Track website analytics and support marketing campaigns with web-based tools and reports.
Stay current with real estate tech trends, digital marketing, and best practices in web development.
Monitoring website traffic and troubleshooting problems with performance or user experience.
Qualifications:
At least 5+ years of web development and SEO HTML/CSS development experience is required.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Foundational knowledge of both front-end and back-end web development
Good knowledge of website design and UI
Proficiency in Web Designing tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and stay current with emerging web technologies and real estate tech tools
Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
