In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites and web-based platforms that effectively showcase property listings, facilitate lead generation, and align with our brand identity and to ensure a website is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and functions well. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a keen understanding of user experience, particularly within the context of the real estate industry. This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of delivering seamless and high-performing digital solutions for property buyers, sellers, and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
Create landing pages
Knowledge to Word press and Laravel
Knowledge to Google SEO and Google AdWords
Ensure the website is visually appealing, responsive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Maintain website security, plugins, and backups.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
Track website analytics and support marketing campaigns with web-based tools and reports
Stay current with real estate tech trends, digital marketing, and best practices in web development
Monitoring website traffic and troubleshooting problems with performance or user experience
You also need to communicate with clients and marketing teams to ensure functionality and design are aligned with business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Foundational knowledge of both front-end and back-end web development
At least 2+ years of HTML/CSS development experience is required
Proficiency in Web Designing tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and stay current with emerging web technologies and real estate tech tools
Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
