We are looking for a creative professional who can handle both videography and social media. You will create property videos, capture high-quality photos, and manage social media channels to grow brand awareness and generate leads.
Responsibilities:
Shoot and edit professional real estate videos (interiors, exteriors, walkthroughs, aerial/drone shots)
Maintain and operate equipment, including:
DSLR or mirrorless cameras (4K capable)
Lenses (wide-angle, standard)
Gimbals/stabilizers for smooth shots
Drone for aerial footage
Lighting kit for interior shoots
Microphones for narration and voiceovers
Plan, schedule, and post content across social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
Create graphics, captions, and engaging content
Track analytics and optimize posts for engagement
Coordinate with marketing team to ensure brand consistency
Requirements:
Proven experience in videography (preferably real estate)
Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
Experience managing social media accounts and creating content
Strong knowledge of photography, lighting, and audio equipment
Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent)
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Preferred:
Drone license or experience with aerial videography
Portfolio of previous real estate video projects
