We are a RICS regulated consultancy, growing and looking for an an additional Real Estate Valuation Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the valuation process and principles, as well as a good understanding of the UAE property market.
Key Responsibilities:
?Conduct on-site property inspections and assess surroundings.
?Collect and analyze market data on comparable properties.
?Apply various valuation methods to estimate property values.
?Prepare detailed appraisal reports and maintain accurate records.
?Communicate with clients and provide expert advice on property values.
?Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
?Stay updated on market trends and pursue ongoing professional development.
?Utilize valuation software and digital resources for assessments.
Experience: At least 1 year of valuation experience. Experience within the real estate industry is a must.
UAE driving license required.
Salary and incentives will be based on experience.
