Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Real Estate Valuer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting valuations and market studies, producing high-quality reports in line with RICS and IVSC standards, and supporting cross-functional collaboration across departments. This role requires a strong foundation in valuation methodologies, a good understanding of local and regional property markets, and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver a high level of customer service and professional client engagement.

2. Represent the company professionally at all business events and meetings.

3. Promote cross-selling opportunities between departments.

4. Report valuation and market study reports as the Standards of RICS.

5. Conduct property inspections, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in assessments.

6. Maintain high standards in report output and adhere to agreed turnaround times.

7. Ensure all work is compliant with RICS/IVSC Valuation - Professional Standards (Red Book).

8. Apply valuation methodologies accurately, including the Cost, Income, and Market Comparison approaches.

9. Demonstrate understanding of local real estate market dynamics, including economic drivers, supply and demand, and regulatory trends.

10. Maintain awareness of risk and ensure strict adherence to valuation department SOPs.

11. Participate in ongoing professional development and training, including APC enrollment if not yet chartered.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

University degree preferably in Real Estate Valuation, Civil Engineering or Architect Engineer RICS OR MRICS Certified With Minimum of 5 Years Experience of Dubai Property Market. Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate valuation Market. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent market knowledge and awareness of current economic drivers. Financial modeling experience (Excel-based). Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook, and CRM platforms.
Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
