Real Estate Trainer
to coach and develop our agents through structured training programs on sales, negotiations, Dubai property laws, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
? Conduct training sessions for new and existing agents
? Deliver modules on sales, negotiation, market knowledge, and RERA regulations
? Coach agents on client handling, closing techniques, and professionalism
? Stay updated with Dubai Land Department and RERA laws
? Assess training outcomes and enhance program effectiveness
Requirements:
? Minimum 3 years of real estate training experience in Dubai
? Strong knowledge of DLD and RERA regulations
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? RERA certification is an advantage
