Real Estate Trainer
to lead our real estate training programs for beginners.
We are looking for an energetic and passionate
Trainer
who will conduct offline classes based on our established training materials (developed together with our Methodologist). The ideal candidate is someone who truly takes ownership of the learning process, works closely with our academic team, and is committed to delivering an excellent training experience.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person classes at Mira Academy according to approved training materials
Organize and oversee the full learning process from start to finish
Engage and support students throughout the training program
Continuously learn and adapt to new subjects and areas of knowledge as needed
Requirements
3+ years of experience
in training, adult education, or Learning & Development
Proven ability to teach or mentor adults (soft skills, onboarding, professional courses, etc.)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic personality
Comfortable taking full ownership of the learning process
Experience or interest in real estate is a plus, but
not required
Fluent in English (Russian is an advantage but not mandatory)
