Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Real Estate Trainer. The Real Estate Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for new and existing agents, creating training materials, and conducting workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions. Additionally, the trainer will evaluate the performance of the agents, provide feedback, and develop training strategies to improve their skills and knowledge in real estate. The trainer will also stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure all training materials are current and accurate.
Qualifications
Experience in Real Estate, Sales, and Training
Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and deliver training programs and materials
Strong analytical and evaluation skills
Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Education, or related field
Experience in the Dubai real estate market is a plus
Certified Real Estate Trainer or equivalent certification is beneficial

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
