Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Real Estate Agent Trainer to design, implement, and deliver engaging training programs for new and experienced real estate agents. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring others to achieve high performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering real estate sales, customer service, compliance, lead generation, CRM usage, and industry best practices.
Onboard new agents by providing essential knowledge of brokerage procedures, legal requirements, contracts, and company tools/systems.
Conduct ongoing training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions to support agent development and productivity.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and feedback.
Stay current on industry regulations, market trends, and tools to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
Collaborate with leadership and team leads to identify training needs and performance gaps.
Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to agents to help them meet or exceed sales goals.
Create and maintain training materials, manuals, videos, and other learning resources.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a successful real estate agent or broker (3+ years preferred).
Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring is highly desirable.
Active real estate license (required in most jurisdictions).
Strong understanding of real estate principles, local regulations, contracts, and ethics.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire others.
Familiarity with CRM systems, MLS platforms, and digital tools used in real estate.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
