The Role Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Create and execute a comprehensive sales training strategy tailored to the real estate industry.
Content Development: Develop training materials, modules, and resources, including sales scripts, presentations, and multimedia content.
Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for sales teams, both in- person and through digital platforms.
Sales Process Optimization: Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop training programs to enhance sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
Performance Evaluation: Implement metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of training programs. Continuously evaluate and adjust training content and methods based on feedback and results.
Sales hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in the real estate industry.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to incorporate relevant information into training materials.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales leadership team to align training programs with business goals and sales objectives.
