MNR Real Estate in Dubai is looking for a dedicated female
Sales Agent / Telecaller
to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills and at least 1 year of UAE experience, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote property listings. Qualify leads and understand client needs, budget, and preferences. Schedule and coordinate property viewings with the sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM. Provide property details, pricing, and payment plan information to clients. Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets. Stay updated on market trends and available properties.
Qualifications:
Female candidates only
Good command of spoken and written English Minimum 1 year of telecalling or sales experience in the UAE (real estate preferred) Strong communication and persuasion skills Positive attitude and target-driven mindsetWhat We Offer:
