Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled Female Real Estate Telecaller to join our vibrant team and play a key role in our ongoing success in the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential clients to enhance sales opportunities. Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries. Input and update client information in the database. Cultivate and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients through telephone communication. Record all call details in accordance with standard operating procedures. Manage, track, and follow up on leads via calls. Conduct follow-up calls with customers as needed. Complete call logs and generate reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

Demonstrated experience in a call center or customer service position, preferably in the real estate sector or a similar customer-oriented field. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages, particularly Arabic, is a plus. Understanding of Dubai's real estate market trends, regulations, and property types. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele. Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail. Capacity to multitask and manage a high volume of calls while ensuring quality service.
