We're seeking
enthusiastic and driven Telecallers
who can build rapport over the phone, generate leads, and support our sales success.
Role & Responsibilities:
Contact prospective clients to introduce our real estate offerings
Generate qualified leads and follow up to ensure client engagement
Maintain and manage a client database with regular updates
Coordinate appointments and assist the sales team in closing deals
Build trust and maintain long-term relationships through regular follow-ups
What We're Looking For:
1-2 years of telecalling or customer service experience (real estate preferred*) Excellent communication in English
Additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Russian are a plus* Professional, confident, and persuasive phone presence
Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
Goal-driven and proactive with a positive attitude
