Job Description

As Real Estate -Tele caller you will play a vital role in our customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in property management companies is mandatory. Liaising with landlords to discuss and negotiate rental offers. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their property journey. Conducting outbound calls to existing clients leads, providing information about available properties, promotions, and real estate services. Understand customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions. Identify opportunities to upsell services and enhance customer satisfaction. Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner. Manage a large volume of outbound calls efficiently, meeting individual and team targets. Document call details in the CRM according to company standards.

Qualifications:



Previous experience in administrative role, customer service, telemarketing, or tele calling roles, preferably within the real estate industry in Dubai.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships over the phone.
