We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive
Real Estate Telecaller
to join our dynamic sales team for the prestigious
Arabian Hills Estate
project.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling
pre-qualified leads
, scheduling meetings, conducting
initial client qualification
, and ensuring consistent
follow-ups
to drive conversions. You will also be required to
call real estate brokerages
across the UAE,
introduce the Arabian Hills Estate project
, and
book briefing meetings
with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with inbound leads to
qualify clients
and
schedule appointments
for the sales team.
Maintain a high level of
call volume and follow-through
with clients until meeting is confirmed.
Clearly
explain project features, USPs, and investment benefits
of Arabian Hills Estate to prospects.
Reach out to
real estate brokerages
and
arrange project briefings
for collaboration.
Update CRM regularly with accurate records of call outcomes and follow-up actions.
Coordinate with the sales team for seamless handover and meeting confirmations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in
real estate calling
, telesales, or customer service.
Excellent
communication and follow-up skills
.
Fluent in English; other languages (Hindi, Arabic, Russian, or Chinese) are a plus.
Strong
sales attitude
, persistence, and ability to handle objections.
Well-organized, with attention to detail and professional telephone etiquette.
Real estate experience or knowledge of UAE property market is preferred.
