Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inquiries about properties.
Provide accurate information about property features, pricing, and locations.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into visits.
Schedule appointments for property viewings with the sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a telecaller or in a customer service role (real estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity is a plus.
