I am looking for a driven and results-oriented Telesales Representative to join my team. This role involves generating leads and building strong customer relationships over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead Generation:
Reach out to potential and existing clients to introduce and promote our services.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, warm calling, and consistent follow-ups.
Support in closing deals and meeting/exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture lasting client relationships.
Address customer inquiries, handle concerns, and provide effective solutions.

Product Knowledge:
Gain in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including off-plan projects.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and sales strategies.

Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
Generate and present regular sales performance reports.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to maximize opportunities.
Take part in team discussions and training to enhance skills and results.
