Job Description

Prime Richmond Properties is seeking a results-driven and experienced Team Leader to oversee and grow our real estate sales operations in Dubai, with a focus on both the Secondary Market or Off Plan. This leadership role requires a motivated professional with a deep understanding of market dynamics, a strong ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in secondary real estate transactions, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coach and mentor a team in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Team Recruitment & Leadership

Recruit, onboard, and train skilled real estate agents.

Motivate and manage a high-achieving sales team.

Set performance targets and track team progress.

Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and sales strategy guidance.

Market & Regulatory Compliance

Ensure full compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) regulations.

Stay updated on real estate trends, regulatory changes, and market opportunities.

Provide expert guidance to brokers and clients on both secondary and off-plan transactions.

Requirements

Minimum 6+ years of experience in real estate sales, team leadership, or business development in the UAE.

Proven expertise in secondary market transactions.

Strong leadership skills with a track record in managing and training sales teams.

Strategic and analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive real estate environment.

Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Deep understanding of Dubai's secondary real estate market and investment trends.

Previous experience leading high-performing sales teams.
