Celeste Properties is Looking for a passionate and Energetic Team Leader to immediately join our company MUST HAVE:
Experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or Team leader in UAE- MUST You are expected to:

- Achieve the financial plan
- Key indicators analysis
- Coordinate of team members sales
- Train, coach and non-stop professional development of brokers
- Plan, organise and control the sales targets achievements of brokers as well as stimulating them to overachieve it
- Rapport a productive relationship with customers
- Create and provide in time sales reports to stakeholders
- Provide and coordinate customers with site viewings
- Manage the entire sales process flow
- Maintain the CRM database
- Have a deep knowledge in Real Estate Market in Dubai
- Proficient in English
- Have minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles and managing at least 5 people in team
- Able to build, manage and motivate a team
- Able to train sales skills
- Have excellent communication skills and presentable appearance
- Valid UAE Driving License and own Car
- Qualified Leads through Campaigns
- CRM system
- Mobile and internet coverage
- Visa and medical insurance
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Do You have a Car?
- Real Estate Team Leader: 5 years (Preferred)
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
