What We Expect from You:

- Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate brokers to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Sales Target Achievement: Set ambitious sales goals for your team and track performance to ensure targets are met.

- Market Expertise: Stay ahead of Dubai's real estate market trends, competitive landscape, and property values to guide your team in making informed decisions.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure repeat business and referrals.

- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure your team complies with local regulations (such as RERA laws) and provide performance reports to management.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: At least 2-3 years in real estate sales, with 1-2 years in a leadership role. Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a must.

- Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targets.

- Strong Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for leading your team and building client relationships.

- Fluency in English: Must be fluent in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.

- Proficiency in CRM: Ability to manage CRM systems, track sales, and monitor team performance effectively.
